Getting your web site running the best that you can is the way to go. Like you said everyone has a web site but not many do what they should.

Thanks for the information. I’ve heard of Trulia and Zillow, but not Realbird and Postlets. I’ll have to try them out. Exposure is the name of the game.

Thanks for these tips…some of them are not “open” to me, but I understand that they are consumer driven, and that’s where we all should be heading.
